Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. General Shipping Overview
At TriCart, we take great pride in ensuring that your orders are delivered safely and on time. We work with premium logistics partners to provide a seamless shopping experience from our warehouse to your doorstep. All shipments are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or nationwide public holidays. During peak seasonal periods (like Black Friday or Eid sales), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

4. International Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping to selected international locations. International shipping times vary significantly based on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Typically, international orders arrive within 10-21 business days. Please note that any additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will typically make two or three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees again for a second delivery attempt.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Please be aware that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for security reasons. We require a physical street address for all deliveries. Certain items (such as liquids or batteries) may have specific shipping restrictions depending on local and international laws.
7. Missing or Damaged Items
If you find that an item is missing from your package or arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your Order ID and clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged contents. We will investigate the matter with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
